I’m still on a high from the newsletter rebrand reception. It was a long time coming. Someone asked why it took six months and, honestly, I have no answer. The time it takes is the time it takes.   • I just discovered one very cool bicoastal Black girl, Tyra Booker — newly appointed Assistant VP of Marketing at Rare Beauty and previously a Senior Director at ILIA Beauty. Maybe she can make Rare Beauty interesting again. They just launched a foundation called “True to Myself”.
