Hello and welcome back to as seen on.

I’m going to see Sinners tomorrow so I can write all about it on Friday. I HAVE THOUGHTS!

In today’s newsletter: Nara Smith is looking forward to connecting with the “eczema community”; A.I. companies are bankrolling Gen Z’s lifestyle subsidy; sexual wellness remains a recession-proof category; people are spending up to $3,000 on discontinued perfume; Khloé Kardashian wants to build a snack empire; CAA is now serving the billionaire class; and a bunch of other stuff…

As ever, it’s a great day to be reading as seen on. Thank you to everyone who supports this baby xo.

  • Who is Addison Rae’s PR person? Who is her image consultant? These are my questions. The thing I love about this girl is that she is putting in EFFORT. I don’t care about authenticity; I want to be entertained. Addison Rae is authentically a try-hard, and it’s fun to watch.

  • People are comparing what’s happening in LA to the decline of Pittsburgh and Detroit. Do you know how many articles I’ve read predicting the extinction of Hollywood in the past year? I couldn’t tell you either, but it's a lot.

  • I think Ari Emanuel is one of the more fascinating personalities in Hollywood right now. The TKO CEO (parent company of UFC) and talent manager (who repped Trump on The Apprentice) wakes at 4 a.m., trains hard, takes an ice bath, then catches up with Mark Wahlberg for 30 minutes. The real-life inspiration for Entourage’s Ari Gold, Emanuel is currently in the process of acquiring the Miami and Madrid Opens in a deal valued at more than $1 billion, in line with his ambitions to build a live events business. According to one of the deal’s financiers, he’s betting that advances in tech and AI will free up time people will spend at live events. Today I found out that Emanuel married to Staud founder Sarah Staudinger. The more you know.
